Charlie Lecuyer, Learning TechnologistI use YouTube to share my apprenticeship work with my assessor and make it available for other apprentices who study my qualification to watch and learn from it. I find it really easy to upload videos and I use it to learn how to use different software e.g. Premiere Pro, 3DS Max, Camtasia and Adobe Animate.

Sam Wright, Blended Learning FacilitatorYoutube is my easy to use, go to for any form of video I may need, it’s simple to use and has a video for absolutely everything, be that a tutorial for hair or someone using a specific tool or even a VR / 360 Video. I recommend this to students regularly as a form of finding information and learning about new things that may interest them. Youtube can also be used to upload videos which can be perfect for lecturers to upload video tutorials they may make for a course or a video version of their classes for students to view in their own time. Unfortunately it is very easy to become distracted with the recommended videos bar showing a variety of videos that may interest you however that is entirely down to the user.
